Your reservation isn't complete only by this system.
After making reservation, you will receive a mail with a subject line (Your completed web reservation), but it’s not completed yet. It’s a mail sent by email automatic delivery system.
We will confirm the hotel. When it’s confirmed we will send you a complation notice.
Please be sure to inquire the case in a mail (teppanyakisakura0430@gmail.com) or the telephone.
There is a case that it takes 30 minutes, if you reserved only for a seat.
I hope you understand this.
Your reservation will be cancelled if you are late more than 30 minutes.
If you were going to be late, please let us know as soon as you can.

When the cancellation charge be applied, Get paid by credit card (Registered at the time of hotel reservation) or we will go and collect cancellation charge to your place.
If you would like to cancel or make any changes for your reservation, please contact us by e-mail (teppanyakisakura0430@gmail.com )a business day before your reservation day.

※Must describe the hotel name you are going to stay (the same day as the reservation date) and hotel phone number.
In case you don’t discribe it, you cannot make reservation.
